Eligibility	The council should be made aware of the respective dangers tree in writing (The dangers tree in your personal land may not be cut down)
Procedure to submit applications	Technical officer should submit the report that is prepared upon examination of the respective location. As per the report, respective parties should be made aware of cutting dawn the tree, cutting the branches etc. in writing.
Places where applications can be obtained	No application. The request should be submitted in writing by the applicant.
Fee to be paid to obtain applications	Not applicable
Time to be submitted	From 8.30 a.m to 04.15 p.m on all seven days
Fee to be paid to obtain service	Should be paid when necessary
Time spent to provide service	07 days
Necessary documents	Report of the Technical officer

Exception, i.e. circumstances, that except the above necessities and special remarks	In Case at the actions as cutting the tree or cutting branches of the tree have not been done as per the letter sent with the signature of the municipal engineer, forwarcling letters with the signatures of the mayor to the respective parties to take action within 14 days
